CHEF iQ redefines the home cooking experience with revolutionary smart kitchen appliances. Their innovative and fun-to-use app contains thousands of guided recipes and cooking presets to empower home cooks of all skill levels.
Since CHEF iQ had an established design system, I took much inspiration from the existing assets before managing the system, collaborating with devs, and adding more assets as needed.

Smart Thermometer Assets
A series of gifs and assets I worked on based on product rendering updates, such as the Smart Thermometer probe and hub changing designs.
Smart Cooker Display Sleep Screen
I also helped with visuals for the Smart Cooker sleep screen which were tested on DEV and PROD before released to our consumer's Smart Cookers. The sleep screen was often changed based on the holiday or season coming up.

I created new illustrations and proposal for onboarding redesign based on existing illustration style.
Smart Thermometer Tips & Tricks Video
With the launch of the Smart Thermometer, we wanted users to have an introduction video to learn about their new product and what it can do. At first, we were going to add a series a pop up slides, but in attempt to make it more engaging, I decided to try and make a slide show video.
After creating a series of illustrations, many rounds of iterations, and working with the UX Manager, Culinary Team,Voice Artist, and the Video Director I created and edited the final product for approval below.
